This is a spacious bathroom. Still, the impression one gets just by looking at the old bathroom design and materials is that everything overlaps. The walk-in shower shares space with the standalone bathtub. This slightly lifted wash area is covered with grey tiles – large grey tiles on the wall and small tiles on the floor. The rest of the bathroom floor is covered with dark laminate, including the toilet area which is secluded.
In the shower, there’s a big bench with hexagon tiles matching those of the shower niche. There are gold trims all over, defining the different spots around the bathroom – the niche, the bench, the window. The remodeled bathroom doesn’t only look fresh, neat, and clean but also decluttered. The claustrophobic feeling of the old design is now gone and beautiful plants and fixtures give room to breathe.
