Bathroom Remodel In San Diego CA 92129
The wow factor works with both bathrooms in this home. The baby blue cabinets in the first bathroom with the contemporary matte nickel handles and knobs show that subtle colors can indeed make a statement. Of course, the dramatic element is the black accessories – black faucets, black handles, black trims. This galley bathroom is separated into two chambers – the first hosts the vanity with the white countertop and the undermount sinks. The wide mirror above the vanity makes the space look much bigger. At the rear part, there’s the toilet and the shower with the geometric floor and niche tiles design, the marble wall tiles, the large bench, and the black matte shower panel.
The second bathroom’s vanity shares the style but not the color. This is a vanity with dark grey/blue cabinets and polished nickel handles. The quartz countertop is interrupted by two undermount sinks with satin nickel faucets and above it all stands a huge mirror with a wide silver frame, lit by the bathroom lighting fixtures right over it. In this bathroom, the colors are more subtle since the geometric patterns are missing and the floor and wall tiles are plain and light grey. There’s still a beautiful shower panel in the tub – only in nickel.
As the images show, there was also a fireplace makeover with anthracite tiles and white grout, and a square wood beam mounted over it to serve as a shelf.
